It is with great excitement that we announce the launch of our marketing recruitment practice with Charles Trent overseeing Russell Tobin’s marketing recruitment efforts.
Charles Trent is a Manager with Russell Tobin and has oversight of our firm’s digital marketing recruitment practice. Charles prides himself on creating a personalized and tailored approach for each particular client’s individual needs.
Charles and his team excel at partnering with companies in the digital sphere which includes but is not limited to advertising agencies, design studios, media, publishing, consulting and technology firms.
Charles and his team have placed hundreds of candidates in the fields of:

Charles graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from James Madison University. He is based out of Russell Tobin’s New York headquarters and is joined by Associate Recruiter, Jessica Forman, whose recruiting style aligns with Charles’ personalized and tailored approach.
