Overview

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop computer hardware, software, and systems in a data center or centralized computer network setting.
• Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security.
• Monitor, track, and record system performance and utilization metrics.
• Communicate highly technical information to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Recommend process, hardware, and software solutions to improve computer/data center efficiency.
• Participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 1-3 years of IT experience, specifically in deskside support.
• Experience in customer/data support.
• Proficiency in networking, Active Directory, and imaging.
