His functional expertise lies in Business Transformations, Operations, Program Management, Business Development, and Sales. Srivats has successfully executed end-to-end business transformations for clients including transitioning and standard operating environments for clients. His global reach of success extends to countries including Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, U.K., and U.S.  Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.

Sushil has over 25 years of sales, business development, and account management experience in the staffing and managed services industry. He is an engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology Srinagar and has held leadership roles with P&L responsibility for over 14 years across various organizations. He is an accomplished professional with work experience spanning across many levels in the Technology, Consulting & Recruitment, and Outsourcing industries.

Aarthi Ilangovan brings over 13 years of operations experience in the Staffing and Managed Services industry. Her experience covers Contingent Workforce Lifecycle management and Stakeholder Engagement across the U.S. and India. She earned an MBA from Missouri State University in the United States and is a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma. She is also a certified Learning & Development Manager from the Carlton Advanced Management Institute in the United States, as well.
