Accounts Payable Analyst Contract

We are working with a global financial services client who wishes to hire an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their international AP team which are based primarily in Dublin.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing 3^rd party invoices in a large fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for expense and variance analysis working closely with the payment teams.

The person that they are looking to hire will have experience working in an Accounts Payable role in a large multinational company, an understanding of Pivot Tables, and strong accruals knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of payables processing
• Tracking and reconciliation of expenses and budgets
• Monthly and quarterly expense accruals
• Reporting and analytics
• Ensuring costs are allocated in a timely manner

Minimum requirements:

• 3 + years working in Accounts Payable
• Experience working in a large complex organisation
• Be able to work from Dublin City Centre office 4 days per week
• Working proficiency in excel including pivot tables
• Candidates must be based in Ireland and hold a valid work permit with a minimum duration of 11 months left on it.
