Credit/Collections Officer III Contract

A leading SaaS fintech company is seeking a Credit/Collections Officer III to join their Finance Operations, Quote to Cash team in San Diego!  This is a hybrid role going into the SD office 2-3 days a week.

Duties:

• Execute transactional/operational processes that meet the department deadlines and metrics
• Researches and analyzes data to identify and address root cause of exceptions
• Operates within established procedures and escalates issues when appropriate
• Performs spreadsheet analysis (e.g. financial reconciliations, reserve analysis, etc.)
• Identifies process issues or roadblocks that could have financial and operational implications
• Effectively leverages resources to perform job duties efficiently.

Skills:   

• Experience with credit, collections and account reconciliation
• Primary customers/accounts include financial institutions; advertising contracts; revenue share and royalty contracts; various company partner agreements
• Strong Excel skills, experience with pivot tables and v-lookups
• Critical and Analytical thinking with proven problem solving skills
• High school Diploma or G.E.D; BS degree desirable

Rate/Salary: $35.00-41.00/hr DOE
