Location:   Bloomington, MN 55425
Payrate:                $17.15/hr

Job Description:

• Front Desk
• Provide meeting preparation for on-site meetings/functions (caterings, etc)                                                                                                                                                                                
• Meeting Room Set-up
• Requires knowledge of technology setup associated with these events.
• Requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment.
• Schedule travel and process expense reports
• Schedules/coordinates/manages calendar.
• May analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports/recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• High School diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Requires 2-4 years related experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Vocational training or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of company organization along with policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point presentation skills.
