Administrative Support II Contract

We are helping the global leader in e-commerce find an Executive Administrative Assistant to assist the VP and Director of their Public Policy division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business. They will field calls and maintain calendars. Additionally, this individual will organize reports and documents to ensure ease of access.

Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion

Pay: $22.05/hr

Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
• Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
• Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
• May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
• Travel coordination and expense reimbursement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in administrative role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
• Tech savvy – ability to learn Adobe, MS Suite, Zoom, Chime, etc.
• Experience in Public Policy space, preferred

Rate/Salary: $22.05/hr
