Job Title: Executive Assistant

Pay: $26.50/hour

Duration: 4-months with possibility of extension/conversion

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 40 hrs/week

Location: Hybrid in North Reading, MA or Westborough, MA

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct day-to-day executive administrative support to 2-3 Directors within the Fulfillment Technology & Robotics organization.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy scheduling management of busy executive calendars
• Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries and manage executive travel arrangements with the highest degree of detail and organization
• Manage expense reporting, invoices, and reimbursements
• Handle daily administrative tasks including, but not limited to: scheduling, filing, photocopying, scanning, answering calls, detailing messages, and ordering office supplies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives and managing heavy calendar scheduling in MS Outlook
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis in North Reading, MA or Westborough, MA
• High level of technical proficiency in Outlook, Word, Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Adobe Suite, etc
