Filing Assistant Contract

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 2 weeks – potential for extension depending on workload
Location: Medina, MN *Local candidates only!
Pay Rate: $20.42

Top Skills/Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional office experience
• Bachelor’s degree required (HR or Business Administration preferred)
• Ability to work with confidential documentation
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all employee paperwork are sorted properly ( by alphabet & document type)
• Put all the paperwork in the employee’s personnel file ( or create new employee file)
• Manage personnel files by placing them in appropriate filing cabinets

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR or Business Administration degree preferred
• 2-3 years of professional office experience
• Ability to work with confidential documentation
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Workday experience helpful but not required
