Pay Rate: $25-28/hourly

Location: Remote –  Must be located in PST 

Duration: 12-month contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a newly launched operational change management process for compliance and risk teams that ensures clear communication & documentation of key process changes, in a repeatable and auditable manner.
• Work with operational stakeholders to understand change management requirements, develop a framework for managing process launches and changes, and includes all required approvals.
• Responsible for ensuring all downstream impacts of regulatory changes are considered in the rollout including policy & procedural updates, training content and public facing communications.
• Develop regular reporting content and cadence to ensure all team members are aware of upcoming and ongoing changes, to keep all stakeholders up to date on the rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to review complex process and procedure documents with attention to detail to identify potential issues, inaccuracies, or areas of risk.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Compliance & Risk’s current processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree required
• 5+ Years work experience, with demonstrated experience in change management, regulatory compliance, audit, risk management, or related fields. 
• Experience working directly on change management programs preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with risk or compliance AML, KYC or Sanctions preferred
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
