Senior Business Analyst Contract

Our client, a multinational healthcare and insurance company, is hiring a Remote Senior Business Analyst!

Primary Responsibilities:
• Configuration of auth clinical rules, work queue routing rules, quick code look up rules, and other configurations as needed
• Create user stories in Rally to track task hand off during sprint
• Actively participates in cross functional team daily huddle calls to groom user stories, participate in sprint retrospectives, and discuss potential road blocks to change requests
• Primarily responsible for configuring work queue routing requests that will route a case for review once it is submitted into ICUE
• Reviews change requests to ensure consistency and compatibility to existing system and procedures, including researching, validating, and resolving issues for accurate provider experience
• Troubleshoots configuration issues and identifies modifications needed to meet changing requirements and regulatory needs
• Uses extensive ICUE rule configuration, business knowledge, and effective communication skills to facilitate and elicit requirements for change requests and specialty projects
• Process Documentation/Updates (if any)
• Conduct configuration analysis by reviewing configuration set-up and identifying root cause of findings
• Review testing results and make configuration modifications to correct issues identified during testing
• Identify process improvement opportunities to improve accuracy and timeliness
• Serves as SME to PAGE team business analysts and other teams in coaching and developing configuration knowledge
• Actively participates in regulatory and high priority projects that arise during the course of business operations
• Provides detailed acceptance criteria for AIM testing as a back up to the AIM configuration analyst

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with configuration process and workflow tools
• Experience in working with Rally and familiarity with sprint workflow
• Experience communicating with all levels of the organization and working through issues as needed
• 2+ years of healthcare insurance industry experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/SharePoint
