Settlement Specialist Contract

Our client, a global agriculture and grain corporation, is seeking an Settlement Specialist to join their team in Olathe, KS!

Job Description:
The Settlement Specialist will be receiving Invoices via email and need to process invoices and payments through company propriety systems. Once all payments have been confirmed, they will be able to work on invoices for the following day. Invoices can range from 5 – 30 per day. They will also be doing lean searches, creating cases, and sending payments via wire, check, and ACH along with other duties.
Will need to work on-site, remote is not available.

Experience:
No experience is needed and will be trained, but Accounts Payable knowledge is a plus. Will need to be able to do the following:
– Strong Communication
– High attention to detail
– Must make all time restrictions
– Ability to problem solve
-Microsoft Teams, Outlook
