Project Executive Full Time NEW

Russell Tobin & Associates has partnered with a Premier Construction Company to find a Project Executive for their office in Phoenix, AZ.  This is a full time, direct hire position with a competitive base salary and full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a portion of business development and operations oversight for the southwest region
• Develop new and service existing clients
• Support estimating, oversee preconstruction and construction services, and monitor subcontractor relationships to achieve growth objectives
• Ensure successful execution of projects and positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 15+ Years of experience overseeing $20M+ mixed-commercial projects
• Preconstruction oversight experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and employees
• Large Light Industrial projects experience
• Strong computer skills especially with Procore and Viewpoint
• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, Construction Science, Engineering or related field Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills

“Annual salary of $150K-$180K per year, based on experience”
