CSV Customer Service Representative III Contract NEW

Our client, an American multinational conglomerate corporation operating in manufacturing, technology, and R&D. Headquartered in Saint Paul, MN, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.

Location: Maplewood, MN (100% remote)

Pay Rate: $20 – $22.34 Hourly + benefits

Duration: 12 months – Contract to hire

Core hours: between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and handle various transactions
• Communicate with customers and internal groups through inbound and outbound channels
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order entry, purchase orders, and account servicing
• Collaborate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues
• Identify and implement service solutions to improve customer satisfaction
• Monitor progress using service measurement systems
• Identify areas for improving communication and operational efficiency through continuous improvement efforts
• Enhance knowledge in key service areas
• Perform other duties as assigned, including order entry, order lookup and tracking, pricing inquiries, and customer account maintenance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university
• Quick learner.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and SAP/Salesforce.
• Experience working in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks
• Good Customer Service Skills, and soft skills.
• Communication skills both written and verbal.
• Enjoys helping and interacting with other people in a friendly courteous manner and gives continuous attention to customer satisfaction.
