Customer Service Representative (bilingual in Japanese) Contract

Location:          100% Remote
Duration:          Till 10/2022 (with possible extension)
Pay:                  $15-$19/hr
Schedule:         Monday-Friday: 12:30-9:00 pm PST

Candidate must be bilingual in Japanese.

Job Description:

Client is currently hiring for a temporary/contract position for application review for a.   The selected applicant will be assisting customers via video appointments and verifying personal identification documents during these appointments.  The selected applicant will be responsible for tracking their interactions with customers and coordinating the results of their appointments with other team members. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bilingual (English/Japanese)
• Good organizational skills
• Well-developed customer relations skills
• Effective interpersonal and verbal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Well-developed knowledge of banking operations and human resources.
