Hourly Pay: $55-$57 W2

Role and Responsibility:

• The Business Management & Communications team within Client’s Research & Early Development – Development Sciences department looking for someone to gather, create and deliver relevant communications for.
• Responsibilities will include website maintenance, Google site creation, content creation support, digital screens design and management, and other departmental communication support that arises.
• This person will lead efforts to create our Q2 Town Hall slide presentation with leadership that will be presented to the organization in June.
• This position will need to distill complex subjects into coherent and easy-to-understand language to help translate our mission, vision and business objectives into stories that engage employees and bring the vision and core values to life.

Activities:

• Writes, edits, reviews and oversees release of internal communication documents and programs that support the organization
• Senior Vice President communications support; including ad-hoc Leadership Team communication support
• Maintain and update departmental intranet
• Collect relevant information and stories for leadership monthly email updates
• Support any updates or changes to existing Google sites
• Communication/Slide support for Directors Meeting presentations (leadership business updates)
• Program Community & Culture Team communication support (email creation, flyers, digital posters, ect)
• Ad-hoc / TM communication support as needed

Requirements: 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated, well organized and flexible
• Works independently within guidelines and policies.
• Creative problem solver and team player
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and google sites
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Video Editing software, and other design software is a plus
