Civil Project Manager Full Time

Russell Tobin & Associates has partnered with a Premier Construction Company to find a Civil Project Manager for their office in Pflugerville, TX .  This is a full time, direct hire position with a competitive base salary and full benefits.

The Project Manager serves as the single point of responsibility for accomplishing project objectives and ensuring that established practices, procedures, and company goals are implemented in the key areas of safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with private client residential infrastructure work required
• Experience in TX DOT projects or experience with bridges and roadwork highly preferred
• 6 plus years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
