Preconstruction Manager (Lead) Full Time

Russell Tobin & Associates has partnered with a  Construction Company and looking for a Preconstruction Manager for their office in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex TX area.   This is a full time, direct hire position with a competitive base salary and full benefits.

 Responsibilities

  • Oversee all preconstruction for Company
  • Ability to identify, bring on and build relationships with subcontractors.
  • Client facing and strong ability to present the bid and be able to explain the budget

 Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as preconstruction Manager or Director
  • Bachelors in Construction or related field – Nice To Have but not required
  • Experience in negotiating and estimating on projects from $100K-$20M
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very outgoing and strong at building relationships with subcontractors and clients
  • Design Build experience
