IT Account Executive Full Time

The Account Executive is a part of our high-performing technology recruitment team. The role is focused on building, identifying, and managing new clients for Russell Tobin’s technology client engagement strategy and team.

The Opportunity

• Build and manage an IT client engagement team tasked with developing new IT client relationship
• Understand technology client portfolio and opportunities for growth.
• Document sale strategies and activities, and share them with enterprise account leadership, and firm leadership teams.
• Attend client meetings and prepare account executives for face-to-face meetings by sharing Client knowledge, industry trends, and business updates.

Your Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience within the IT staffing landscape.
• Previous client development and account leadership experience required.
• Experience selling direct hire, contract, or both (preferred) staffing solutions.
• Proven success in building and sustaining long-lasting, internal and external client partnerships.
• Knowledge of business contract basics.
• The ability to effectively communicate with the recruiting team and experience working with offshore resources are preferred.
• Comfortable presenting solutions to large organizations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with decision-makers.
• CRM and ATS experience.
• Positive attitude.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-driven nature.

Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year
