Onboarding & Compliance Specialist Full Time

Role Overview:

PrideHealth is looking for an Onboarding & Compliance Specialist to join our Contractor Care team. The focus of this role is to provide an exceptional experience to our workers after they have been identified by our recruiting team and accepted an offer from our client. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for assisting our HR Operations team in ensuring that all contract workers have met all compliance requirements for their role prior to starting on assignment, to meet all Client and Joint Commission standards.  Our goal is to get our contract candidates on assignment as quickly as possible so they can focus on providing care instead of waiting on paperwork.

What you’ll do:

• Compliance of Contingent Workers – work with our recruiters to take candidates who have accepted offers and walk them thru all stages of the process needed to start on assignment. Maintain detailed records of each worker’s progress and follow up proactively to work through any issues that arise to achieve the fastest and smoothest possible onboarding experience. Coordinate with recruiters once candidates have completed the compliance process to coordinate start details for their first day.
• Assignment Management – be the primary point of contact for all workers on assignment at your clients. Direct workers to the appropriate Pride representative for issues regarding payroll, benefits, etc. Assist with expiring credentials and yearly compliance renewals.
• Off-Boarding of Workers –work with the client and workers to facilitate the correct off-boarding procedures, which may include the return of client property and notification to HR.
• Client Systems – gain intimate knowledge of the client workflow, from worker identification through placement management, timesheets, and extensions.
• Client Support – be the SME regarding the hiring workflow and employment requirements to managers, suppliers, and workers. Provide support as needed to ensure proper usage and adoption of systems and processes. Follow up on all hiring manager issues as they relate to our solution or specific worker.  Liaison with help desk personnel from Pride and the client to resolve any technical issues.

What you’ll have:

• BA degree & at least 1 year of human resources, recruiting, or compliance experience. Additional work experience may be substituted for BA.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff, with sensitivity to the healthcare services population and their common challenges.
• Must have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, common-sense problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook. Experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare compliance is a big plus.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws is a plus.

Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000/year
