Claims Advocate – Hybrid Contract

Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking a skilled auto insurance professional to work a hybrid schedule at our client’s Phoenix, AZ location as a Claims Advocate. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the evolving transportation industry. The position is a 6-month contract role that could be extended or turn permanent for the right candidate.

Job Title: Claims Advocate

Pay: $33.75/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Claims operations management for the US/CAN region, ensuring smooth processes.
• Timely submission of claims, prompt responses to inquiries, and timely payments.
• Streamlined and efficient management of claims operations for client satisfaction.
• Handle ad-hoc claims submission and inquiry activities for non-core projects.
• Assist with billing validation, inquiries, and invoice submission for payment and approval.
• Streamline mail intake and process to route essential mail items to the appropriate teams efficiently.
• Contribute to improving backend office operations for the organization, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years as an office manager
• 3+ years in auto claims management
• Invoice and mail processing experience
• High level of organization and time management
• Degree preferred
