Clinical Contract Manager (Remote) Contract

Our client is a Fortune 500 Company in the biopharma industry, and they have an urgent need for a Paralegal/Contracts Manager to join their legal team and report directly to the Associate General Counsel.

This is a long-term contract and will transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

There is tremendous room for growth and mobility!

Responsibilities Will Include

This role is remote however the candidate must reside in the Bay Area and be able to work on-site occasionally.

· Draft contract provisions and administer proposals

· Redline contracts for risk and compliance

· Under supervision of the counsel, negotiate contracts

· Lead and mentor staff

· Lead and manage Legal Ops initiatives, develop process flows, prepare documentation, and provide support to refine our procedures

· Respond to internal and external requests on status of contracts

· Preside over the complete life cycle of the Company’s contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal/contracts management experience

· Experience managing the entire contracts lifecycle including contract queue disbursement, drafting, redlining, and negotiating various agreements including NDAs, SOWs, clinical trial agreements, procurement and vendor agreements.

· Biopharma, biotech, or healthcare industry experience is a plus

· Tech savvy
