Estates & Trusts Paralegal Full Time

Our client, an AMLAW 100 firm, has an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal in our Estates & Trusts practice group. This individual will provide direct assistance for their clients and attorneys with all aspects of estate and trust administration.

The ideal candidate will work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple timelines with minimum supervision, and will need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities/Qualifications: 

• Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, estate and trust tax returns
• Prepare financial statements, accountings, schedules, and Excel model analyses
• Perform tax research as necessary regarding fiduciary income tax, estate and gift tax issues
• Assist attorneys with estate and trust administrations and client accounts
• Attend client meetings and maintain frequent client contact for administration matters
• Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) or more years of estate and trust administration experience (equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree)
• Must have strong Excel knowledge and experience with estate and tax software

Rate/Salary: 75,000
