Senior Project Manager Contract

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work at our real estate client’s remote location. Position is a 11-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Pay: $57.37/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, maintain and disseminate project charters, project timelines and change management plans, and project status reports to stakeholders.
• Drive effective partnership, change management, collaboration and commitment across multiple internal and external teams with competing priorities.
• Closely work with partners to understand and identify key interdependencies and critical roadblocks, identify potential issues, and appropriately align with the needs of the organization.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Articulate vision and influence decisions, empowering teams to be owners of continuous improvement.
• Support management’s ability to assess and report on the success of project plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent project management skills, business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done
• Strong grasp of project management fundamentals to be able to jumpstart projects quickly
• Proficiency with project management software, such as Smartsheet and Jira
• PMP, and/or similar certifications from an accredited organization strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented but with an ability to shift to higher level thinking that can span across projects covering the entire organization
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be hands on in both project development and in ongoing execution of project management
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization and build strong relationships with business partners

Rate/Salary: 57.37
