Project Manager Facilities Contract

• Candidate must have Security Clearance (SC)

  DV eligibility criteria:

  • British Citizen (can be naturalized).
  • At least one parent must be a naturalized resident (or have a passport of a commonwealth country).
  • Applicant must be resident in UK for past 10 years.

  Per day Inside IR35 – up to 12 months contract 

  Location – Central London

   

  Role Description:

  • This is a great opportunity to join a busy Estates function that has an existing portfolio over the next few years.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety – Ensure projects meet all Health and Safety Execution and construction industry and legislative standards.
  • Delivery – Create and lead the project to deliver the agreed outcomes within the time.
  • Project Management – Day to day management and leadership of the project and the project and the project team.
  • Business Case – Coordinate development of the business case.
  • Budget – Track delivery within the budget
  • Resource – Schedule / manage resource to deliver the project
  • Benefit Realization – Ensure benefits are identified, understood, measured, tracked, and owned.
  • Stakeholder management – Identify key stakeholders and develop effective relationships.
