What are we looking for in our Utility Worker?

Pride Now is currently seeking a temporary Utility Worker to work for our client, a global food and agricultural producer, out of Kansas City, MO.

PAY: $18/hour

SHIFT: First (9am-5pm), OT and weekends possible

DURATION: ASAP-March 2023

JOB DUTIES:

• Primary duty will be assisting in housekeeping, confined space entry, restocking of supplies.
• Secondary duties will be giving breaks to employees in truck dump and possibly loadout areas of the facility.
• Sweeping with a broom and shoveling, using mobile equipment (trained on site), and helping with confined space entry and other work are in scope.
• Employee will need to have work attire consisting of steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, cotton clothing, long pants, and will need to be able to wear a dust mask in certain situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant work experience
