Marketing Project Manager Contract

Our client, a subsidiary of a top Fortune 500 health insurer, is seeking an organized PM to lead a team of designers and copywriters! This role is fully remote with preference for candidates local to MN, must be able to work CST business hours. 

This self-starter must work well on a team and employ strong communication skills to manage project timelines and deliverables. The Marketing Project Manager will operate in a matrixed environment and provide support across marketing teams. A successful project manager can lead and manage through ambiguity, being flexible and able to adapt plans as new information becomes available.
• Creates, distributes, and maintains project management tools to advance projects effectively
• Assesses and prioritizes project deliverables, addressing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates with resources to accomplish project tasks and maintain project schedules. Responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding the project, including regular project status updates
• Proactively identifies and escalates barriers to project success. Partners with the project owner to ensure project timeliness
• Engage stakeholders to align scope to meet requirements, reduce risks, and manage costs
• Facilitate meaningful project meetings (in-person, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) only when necessary to the right audience with a clearly defined purpose and planned outcomes
They will be working closely with 2 other marketing project managers as well as the creative team of designers and copywriters and internal marketing stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Managing multiple projects (25+) at a time
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with creative teams and tight timelines
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail

Bonus points for:
• 5 years experience in marketing project management, health care a plus
• Experience with Workfront, or similar project management tools

$50-60/hr DOE
Healthcare benefits available after 60 days of employment
Remote, candidates must be based in USA and willing to work CST Business Hours
