Commercial Insurance Team Manager Full Time

Seeking a leadership-oriented and self-motivated person to join us as a REMOTE Team Manager to oversee a team of commercial licensed agents. This is a fully remote role! Team Managers in this role get to:

Must-Haves:

• P&C Licensed
• Insurance leadership background (commercial insurance preferred)
• Experience in managing a team of work-from-home direct reports (licensed commercial insurance agents preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
• Must be able to work from home/remotely
