FSQR Lab Technician Contract

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a FSQR Lab Technician for a client in Hazleton, PA!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quantitative and qualitative inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials, in process and final products independently and support more complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervision.
• Ensure compliance programs for all individual testing, which includes monitoring adherence to regulations and other procedural food safety compliance.
• Interpret and document results of tests into active databases and communicate results to internal customers as required.
• Run calibration checks, preventive maintenance tasks to analytical instrumentation and maintain internal and customer specifications books.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor of Science in related discipline
• 0-2 years of experience

Additional Details:

• Hours: 12 hr shifts, 2,2,3 schedule
• Position Type:  Contract to hire with health benefits
• W2 position
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Rate/Salary: 18-20/hr
