AWS Engineer Contract

Title – Audio/Visual Specialist

Location – Thousand Oaks, CA

Contract – 6 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively coordinate IT related tasks/events and work with Corp Comm, Investor Relations, and various departments to host/cohost internal and external in-person or virtual meeting events
• Intermediate/Advance skill in supporting Teams and Zoom meetings, including setting and hosting meetings, and/or troubleshooting adhoc meeting challenges
• Intermediate AV skills operating Crestron, ClickShare, and provide on-site and offsite support during the execution of meetings and events
• Coordinate with IT onsite staff to setup, dry-run, and take down AV and peripherals before and after meeting events
• Prepare and communicate written logistical specifications of meeting to internal clients and meetings venues
• Analyze inventory and assess needs for events and checking equipment into inventory system and inspecting for potential damage
• Coordinate various tasks and drive accountability with other stakeholders for all IT Corp events/meetings
• Providing high levels of customer service
• Identify and elevate risk management issues that arise with the planning and execution of a meeting or event
• Record Executives’ Teams and Zoom video presentations for later editing
• Record using simple camera equipment provided
• Basic video editing under supervision/training
• Editing simple interviews, getting raw video ready for final edits and final edit with supervision
• Live event shoots with multiple cameras (still and video) lighting and sound (equipment provided by Company)
• Maintain digital signage content in Carousel signage system (with training from Company staff)

SKILLS: 

• Not required but preferred
• Create graphic content
• Assist with basic graphic manipulation for SharePoint news releases.
• Graphics for SharePoint sites.
• Graphics for motion graphics videos

Rate/Salary: $24*$26/hr
