Business Change Manager Contract

Business Change Manager – London – DV needed – £630 per day inside IR35 – 12 Months contract

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage a comms strategy for the area
• Providing change advice, tools and skills to the work streams and making recommendation to the senior leadership team on where the change interventions could add value
• Ensuring change interventions are sufficiently considered and integrated into value stream/ project planning
• Developing a change framework to ensure change best practice is accessible and consistent across the capability centre
• Acting as a facilitator/ expert for any change initiatives undertaken outside of plan
• Supporting the department align to forthcoming organisational change
• Develop interventions to support cultural change within the department
• Identify and map change stakeholders and recipients
• Create the stakeholder management plans
• Conduct impact analyses
• Asses and evaluate change readiness
• Create the change strategies using change management process and tools
• Oversee implementation of the change plans
• Integrate change activities into the overarching project plans
• Prepare benefit management plans against real measures and metrics
