Business Change Support Contract

Business Change Manager – Cheltenham (4 days onsite, 1 day wfh) – 12 months contract – £540 per day inside IR35 – DV (vetting slot available for non cleared candidates) 

Responsibilities:

• No Quals/Frameworks mentioned
• Minimum one/two years supporting business change activities
• Supporting the introduction of business and process change (both cultural and technical)
• Development and implementation of change activities across the business
• Assist with the definition of the business change plan and supporting ongoing review and roll out
• Support the introduction of agreed process changes to ensure lasting change is realised.
• Development and delivery of training materials
• Proactive risk and issue management
• Implementing change activities as directed by the project plan
• Support business change benefits realisation
• Managing effective change communication with customer at working, management and senior levels
• Managing effective upward briefing to appropriate stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating the agreed communication channels
• Maintenance of business change documentation and reporting
