CAD Project Administrator Contract

Our client, a global food corporation, is hiring a Project Administrator!

Responsibilities:

• Support the Core Team.
• File management and design corrections in AutoCAD.
• Assistance with execution of share point site tasks and related apps & reports. Assist w/ various role securities on Teams Site and Share point.
• Run / update reports as needed using Tableau, Power BI, and share point.
• Create/update page content on share point site, including images.
• Edit/initiate forms within share point. Support queries to the team mailbox.
• Create power point decks for training purposes using screen shots of new system and other information Write business continuity for Admin Manual and other process steps.
• Miscellaneous work as needed through this process season.

Qualifications:

• Must have SAP (transactions on purchasing requisitions) and AutoCAD – Project Design.
• 6+ years’ experience in technical field
• Prefer Associated or Bachelors Degrees in Engineering, IT, or Science.

This position will require to work onsite
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 PM; with some flexibility.
Rate/Salary: $30-35/hour
