Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Remote (8-5 CST)

Position Type:  Contract

This individual will be responsible for driving support to agencies qualifying for the UA partnership program. They will onboard, train, guide, and support the benefits associated with United Advantage and act as a key liaison between the agency, UA program, and markets. Sufficient onboarding will be provided before placed in a live environment. This individual will be proactive in agency outreach, scheduling meetings, project management, and helping with analytics assessment.

Additional responsibilities will be to support the small business digital store with reporting and project management. This individual will be responsible for creating reports, both excel and PPT, on key store performance metrics as well as keeping track of key project milestones.

Job Scope:
• Engage agencies in United Advantage programs and services from getting them to utilize their United Advantage points, educating them on the benefits/perks available and ensuring their experience with the program is delightful and over the top.
• Provide concierge and white-glove support experience for UA top tier agencies, removing utilization obstacles.
• Become a subject matter expert with all UA program benefits.
• Be comfortable with conducting proactive outreach calls to UA agencies to help support UA program success.
• Provide insights to agency qualification status, components of program criteria, and how to achieve again following year.
• Identify experience gaps and provide process enhancements and resolutions.
• Support program marketing efforts with list management and project submission.
• Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders for various elements around program success.
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.
• Project management support to maintain project documentation to support implementation, key milestones, and success metrics.
• Monitor, update and maintain key pieces of data to support assigned programs ranging from contact information, funnel performance and tracking of perks selected and implemented.
• Analyze key pieces of information to identify trends, patterns, or issues.
• Ability to create and present information to key stakeholders.
