Job Role: Manager – Media Planning & Reporting

Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote)

Duration: 6 months contract

Position Summary:

The manager of Media Planning & Reporting is responsible for providing support to the VP as well as media planning scheduling teams across the client’s network.

 Primary responsibilities include synergy support work order coordination and data reporting & tracking for company-wide Synergy, Corporate Franchise and Cross Channel initiatives. A seasoned media planner and scheduler who understands proper implementation of scheduling promotional support and reporting/data extract communication is preferred. Experience in Grip-It system reporting is a plus.

MUST HAVE STRONG reporting skills pulling information from multiple standardized reports.

Job Related Experience:

• 3-5 years of media planning and on-air scheduling experience preferred.
• GRiP It!, Wide Orbit, Salesforce, AdVisor knowledge a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Professional phone manner and strong inter-personal people skills.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have a positive and can-do attitude.
• Must be team oriented.

Job Related Education

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Rate/Salary: $40/hr on W2
