Mr. Ecker has more than 9 years of experience providing staffing solutions for direct hire and freelance talent. As a trusted advisor to full-service advertising agencies and corporate marketing departments, Mr. Ecker works with clients to create a customized program tailored to each staffing initiative.

Prior to joining Russell Tobin, he led the New Jersey division of a national recruitment agency specializing in advertising and creative placements.
Mr. Ecker holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monmouth University and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from William Paterson University.
