We’re looking for mechanic artisans who are professional and passionate about “going green” to help maintain its on-demand electric ground transportation business.

Those in the Maintenance Bike Mechanic role will be responsible for the maintenance of an e-bike fleet, will be expected to perform preventative and responsive maintenance, evaluate the e-bikes for safety, and optimize to overall user experience. This role reports to the Head Mechanic.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the safety and function of the e-bike fleet
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop
- Execute maintenance procedures
- Inspect and evaluate e-bikes for safety, function, and cleanliness
- Log all maintenance activity in software through computer or tablet
- Navigate operations software
- Work under the guidance of the Head Mechanic
- Adhere to all safety protocol
Key Performance Indicators
- Bicycle availability
- Bicycles repaired per shift
- Bicycle down time (minimize)
- Bicycle up time (maximize)
- Communication with Head Mechanic
- Workshop cleanliness
What You’ll Have
- 3 – 5+ years of experience working with bikes required (ideally as a Bike Mechanic or Bicycle Technician)
- Strong knowledge around bicycle maintenance and safety
- An interest in bikes
- A passion for working with your hands

The Field Technician is responsible for driving company owned vans to collect and distribute e-bikes throughout the service area, in addition to safely and efficiently navigating a large van in dense urban areas to optimize the number of e-bikes picked up and collected. This position reports to a Lead Field Technician.
Responsibilities
- Operate, load, and unload a large van to collect and distribute e-bikes
- Use maintenance software to locate and collect e-bikes
- Communicate with the Lead Field Technician and respond to incidents
- Recover stolen e-bikes
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following safe work practices and procedures
- Perform routine inspection and redistribution of e-bikes
- Document damage to vans and equipment
- Identify, document, and recover e-bikes requiring in-shop repair
- Log maintenance activity in software through wireless tablet
- Engage with and respond to customers in the field
What You’ll Have
- Experience working in driving medium to large commercial vehicles including vans, box trucks, and other large vehicles
- Confident following directions, using a smart phone, and email
- Ability to operate a large vehicle or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 70lbs
Weekend work required. Shift times include AM, PM, and Graveyard. Starting ASAP.
The Lead Field Technician is responsible for optimizing e-bike availability in the field by dispatching drivers in the area. The primary goal is to ensure the maximum availability of e-bikes to the users. You’ll own driver dispatch and be responsible for minimizing dead e-bike downtime by effectively managing all field operations during your shift. You’ll need to fully understand the various sites the e-bikes are located and dispatch field technicians to address all issues that arise in the field. The role reports to the Field Operations Manager.

- Dispatch vans to distribute and collect e-bikes
- Communicate with customer service and respond to incidents
- Recover stolen e-bikes

- Perform routine bicycle maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs as necessary
- Identify, document, and recover e-bikes requiring in-shop repair
- Log maintenance activity in software through wireless tablet
- Engage with and respond to customers in the field
What You’ll Have
- 5+ years of experience driving commercial vehicles in urban areas
- 3 – 5 of years of experience in Warehouse management
- Experience or an understanding of dispatch preferred
- Strong leadership and management abilities
