Title: Investment Operations Specialist (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53212

Job Type: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Conversion)

Pay: 21.43/hr. on w2

Overview:

MUST HAVE – Attention to detail, Effective Communicator both in person and virtually, MS Excel proficient
NICE TO HAVE – Sense of urgency
Minimum education requirements – Bachelor’s Degree or Operations Experience

Responsible for placing and confirming open-ended mutual fund and money market trades on behalf of supported business lines and their respective clients. Communicates timely and effectively with trust administration, investment officers, trade services, and various other departments as required. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with mutual fund representatives and service providers.
