Data Entry Specialist – Onsite
Looking to get hands-on experience with a global industry leader? 🌎 We’re hiring two Data Entry Specialists to help digitize HR records for a cutting-edge project! 🚀
📍 Location: Onsite, Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM start (flexible)
💰 Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Scan paper HR documents using high-speed scanning equipment
✅ Upload and organize files within Workday HR system
✅ Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy 🔍
✅ Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records
✅ Follow data retention policies and destroy old records when applicable
🔹 What You’ll Need:
✔️ Tech-savvy – Experience with scanning equipment & data entry
✔️ Detail-oriented – Accuracy is key! 🧐
✔️ Organized – Ability to manage high volumes of documents
✔️ Time management – Work efficiently within deadlines ⏳
✔️ Strong communication – Ability to follow directions & report discrepancies
🎓 Requirements: HS Diploma or GED
💼 Preferred: Experience with Workday or HR systems
