Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work for our client in the hospitality industry. Apply now for consideration!
Contract: 6 months
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Range: $30-34/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Calendar and travel/expense management
- Note-taking and meeting preparation/follow-up
- Report and database maintenance
- Hosting office visitors
- Assist with space planning for team moves and new hire seating (if applicable)
- Plan and execute remote team events and recognition programs, with potential for offsites and in-person activities
- Collaborate with other assistants on administrative tasks and projects
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity
- Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in meeting collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Documents, Slack)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities
- Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn, and encouraging
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Acute attention to detail and follow-through, high level of organization
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Gantt charts and project plans (e.g., Trello)
