Contract: W2, 6-months
Location: Fully onsite, Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $28-32/Hour DOE
Brief Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Transaction Risk. The role requires excellent organization, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Complex calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Monitor and track VP’s meetings, priorities, and emails; act as proxy when necessary.
- Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and all administrative support functions for the VP.
- Coordinate multiple tasks, action items, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare meeting documentation and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants across the Benefits team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; at least two years of college minimum.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior management (Director level or above).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with travel support, event coordination, and scheduling across time zones.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
