Front Desk Coordinator Contract to Hire

PrideNow is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator! This is contract to hire position with on our top manufacturing client in Richmond, CA. This is a great way to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing company!

Pay Range: $25-$32/hour based on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Duration: Contract to Hire with possibility of being hired on with good performance after 3 months

Job Overview:

As our Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the face of the company and ensure our guests have a stellar visit to the office. You’ll bring enthusiasm and good energy that creates a positive experience the moment a visitor steps into our reception area and lobby.

 Job Duties:

• Manage all visitors of the company’s Headquarters including but not limited to: visitors, guests, interviewees, and vendors.
• Provide a smoothly running reception environment to everyone who enters
• Ensure conference rooms are clean and stocked with supplies
• Ensure guest amenities and facilities are clean and stocked with the appropriate items
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipping needs for the workplace
• Ensure that all check-in procedures are completed
• Maintain the cleanliness and availability of our conference rooms, guest areas, and amenities
• Support recruiting by providing a positive onsite experience to candidates coming in for interviews

 Skills to be successful:

• 1 year of front desk/reception coordination experience preferred
• Experience with visitor management software such as Envoy preferred
• Tech Savvy
• Excellent customer service skills, ideally had previous experience working in hospitality or retail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience managing a reception and lobby
• Ability to pivot priorities quickly
• Ability to listen and come up with creative solutions

Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements.  We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience. The company has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change.
