What are we looking for in our Assistant Superintendent - McKinney?
Overview:
In this role, you will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure that construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of subcontractors, managing on-site activities, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to plan, organize, and oversee all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower as per project requirements.
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all on-site personnel adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the construction site. Ensure that all equipment and materials are stored securely and in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working on $5M+ K-12 projects
