What are we looking for in our Construction Superintendent - Dallas/Fort Worth ?

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in K-12, Municipal, Healthcare or Large Mixed Commercial projects. Also a background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to implementation and completion.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within deadlines.
Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
