What are we looking for in our Construction Superintendent - Dallas/Fort Worth ?
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in K-12, Municipal, Healthcare or Large Mixed Commercial projects. Also a background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to implementation and completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within deadlines.
- Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- 5+ years of experience as a superintendent working on $15M+ K12, Retail, Healthcare, Municipal or other mixed commercial projects
- Competitive Base Salary (120K-135K Base)
