Customer Support Representative Contract

Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a Customer Support Representative for one of our top clients in San Diego, CA. The position is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. Apply now, for immediate consideration!

Pay Rate: $20.00 to 23.00 per hour

Location: Hybrid- San Diego, CA

Duration: 12 Month Contract

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform initial triage of customer cases with documented solutions and/or workarounds, answering support queries via phone or CRM in a timely efficient manner.
  • Escalate concerns to internal or external support resources and Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
  • Support users in the use of the company platform by providing necessary advice and/or walk-through.
  • Identify self-service documentation gaps.
  • Representative will provide support for Store Applications and manage multiple cases daily.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with using and troubleshooting SaaS applications
  • 2 – 4 years working within an IT environment
