Construction Project Manager (Residential New Build) Full Time

We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager and thought you may be interested.  My client is a well-known Custom Residential Builder (East Side of Rochester) with a phenomenal reputation and multiple projects/neighborhoods in process right now locally.  Due to growth we need to bring on an additional Construction PM to oversee new residential projects build in the Pittsford, NY area.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and managing a variety of projects focused on construction 
• This role with encompass many aspects of site supervision of new and ongoing projects “eyes and ears” on the ground and supporting the project while learning the various processes
• Supporting financial, administrative, scheduling, and all areas of project management

Required:

• Strong communication and leadership skills are required
• Extensive construction experience on the commercial and residential side
• The desire to learn and grow in the current role and develop new skills
• The ability to work in a team environment and work with outside vendors as needed
