Health Studies Engineer / Researcher Contract

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is assisting a global organization near San Jose, CA to identify the right person to fill a Health Studies Engineer / Researcher opening.

The Health Studies Engineer drives both early-stage investigations and large-scale research projects to develop new health technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, coordination, execution, and monitoring of health studies.
• Develop enrollment and throughput plans.
• Communicate project status.
• Develop study documents (consent forms, statement of work, and SOPs)
• Order, coordinate, and distribute study supplies to researchers.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or higher in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or research-related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience
• Must have clinical research experience.
• Good project management skills
• Troubleshooting (hardware/software)
• Experience managing vendors.
• Attention to detail.
• Good written and oral communication skills

Additional Notes:

• Contract opportunity with potential for extension
• Pay rate target: up to $82/hr
• Hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday) 8am-5pm
• W2 position
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.
