Title: Senior Engineering Program Manager
Location: Remote
Pay: $80-$85/hr on W2 (DOE)
Contract: W2; 4 months (Possible Extension)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
This role supports the in-person competitor benchmarking program by optimizing project delivery, streamlining processes, and enhancing vendor management. Our projects typically involve three main areas of focus (outside of data analysis and delivery of results): study design, project management, and user data collection/annotation. Each phase requires strong collaboration with internal and external partners. While we have established templates and processes, there is an opportunity to further refine our approach and drive greater efficiency.
1: Study Design
Create and maintain relevant documentation in the assigned repositories (e.g., Individual Consent Form (ICF), study protocol).
Submit the study for regulatory reviews and approvals, generating and editing documents.
2: Project Management
Planning and Launch.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Create Request For Proposals, Statement Of Work, and other project documentation.
Receive proposals, aggregating and structuring the information for comparative analysis, to facilitate decision-making.
Manage vendors' requests for clarification.
Procure and manage project-related hardware and software.
Manage device configuration.
Analyze vendors’ proposals, assess capabilities, facilitate decision-making.
Execution and Monitoring
Create and maintain project controls (in Wrike): manage project schedule, risk and change.
Conduct regular meetings with vendors and manage the quality of deliverables through regular reviews (internal and external).
Generate reports, as needed (dashboard + Apple Keynote).
Create and maintain a project-specific hardware inventory.
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Track and manage physical assets, software assets and accounts.
Data collection and annotation
Oversee data collection activities, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards.
Conduct on-site audits of vendor operations, as needed.
Manage and escalate issues related to data collection and annotation.
Off-project: Create and maintain hardware inventory
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- No less than an Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related one
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing complex technical programs
- Proven experience with project and vendor management
Skills:
- Project management systems (Wrike) for complex, multi-vendor programs
- Enterprise procurement processes including RFP creation, vendor evaluation matrices, and SOW development
- Hardware asset management for large device fleet
- Dashboard creation and project controls reporting
- Vendor relationship management and performance optimization
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Technical aptitude to understand research methodologies and requirements
- Exceptional attention to regulatory and legal document details
- Sharp eye for detail with proven ability to maintain error-free documentation and quantitative records in fast-paced technical environments
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
