Site Operations Lead – Corporate Center | Dublin

📍 Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
📅 Contract: Until September 2025

What You’ll Do:

✔ Develop and execute the annual site strategy, ensuring alignment with global pharma/healthcare objectives
✔ Lead site-wide initiatives and transformations within a regulated and matrixed environment
✔ Sit on the Site Leadership Team, co-chair key meetings, and influence strategic decision-making
✔ Foster collaboration across Drug Development, Compliance, IT, Finance, HR, and other key functions
✔ Ensure site governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance
✔ Engage with government bodies, academic institutions, and industry stakeholders
✔ Oversee site learning programs, employee engagement, and internal communications

What You’ll Bring:

✅ 10+ years’ experience in business operations, pharma/healthcare leadership, or corporate services
✅ Proven track record in leading large-scale transformations & change management
✅ Strong understanding of regulated environments, compliance, and governance
✅ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
✅ Experience in global organizations & matrix structures
✅ Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
✅ Fluent English (written & spoken)
