Job Title:  Human Resources Generalist

Contract Duration: 1-year contract, possible extension

Location: REMOTE -PST preferred (Must reside in the USA)

Pay Rate: $42.00/hour to $48.00/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification program.
• Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
• Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.
• Prepare reports, such as organization and flow chards, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Program Manager role supporting Managers, Employees & HRBPs, preferably in a large-scale, global company.
• 2+ years’ experience designing and implementing HR operational support to automate and standardize processes focused on supporting managers, HRBPs and employees.
• Previous experience with Performance and HR systems (Workday, Peoplesoft, etc.) as well as Google Suite of products (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources field or relevant field.
